Blueriver is an Italian band formed in 2011 in the Lecco area.
Aggressive riffs in the style of the ‘70s, surrounding melodies and intimate atmospheres are the main qualities that distinguish their original songs; the band is influenced by different music genres from ’60s rock to today’s pop-rock, still keeping its own and particular style. Today’s line-up is formed by: Giovanni Riva (Vocals and Acoustic Guitar), Adriano Monastra (Bass Guitar and Backing Vocals) and Enrico Sperone (Drums).
The release of a six-track demo will take the band to the final rounds of the national contest “Arezzo Wave 2013”.
In June 2015, first official EP titled “Waiting For The Sunshine” was released, collecting a selection of songs that catches the essence of the band, created in these first years of activity.
The trio keeps regular activity along with non-stop work in the proof room with the purpose of new songwriting and innovative and original sounds.
